Packing List.→ Box-wise quantity, weight, and packing details.
Bill of Lading (B/L).→ Transport proof issued by the shipping line.
Proforma Invoice.→ Initial quotation before order.
Purchase Order (PO).→ Buyer’s confirmed order.

Certificate of Origin (COO).→ Confirms goods are made in India.
Import License (if required).→ Permission to import goods.
Sales Contract / Agreement.→ Terms between buyer & seller.
Letter of Credit (LC) (if payment via bank).→ Payment guarantee.

Shipping Bill (Export Declaration).→ Filed by exporter.
